About SWI
Where wellness meets performance
The SWI Philosophy
At the Sports Wellness Institute, we believe that true performance and well-being are inseparable—and both are built from the inside out. Our philosophy is grounded in the science and practice of health and wellness coaching, which recognizes that lasting change doesn’t come from quick fixes, rigid programs, or external pressure.
It comes from within—when individuals connect with their values, tap into their strengths, and take ownership of their growth. We apply a whole-person lens to empower people to build awareness, develop meaningful goals and take action. We don’t tell people what to do. We help them discover what works for them. We meet individuals where they are, and support them in becoming who they want to be.
Our Team
Bringing together expertise in sports, coaching, wellness, education, and organizational development to guide SWI’s mission, programs, and continued growth.
